If all the drunks (sorry people celebrating their cultral heritage of intoxication) all wore these shirts prior to going 'on a bender', it'd make the job a darn sight easier for the Police, Paramedics and A&E departments
It'd also save NHS money spent on rehydrating them/sobering them up.
Failing that, simply charge them for rides in the big yellow vans & Hospital time

Just take them, & dump their sorry asses (& thumping heads) at the given address;
