This is something I have said should be the case in the uk. I would go a step further and make new drivers progress from cycles to low speed mororcycles and only then to cars.

Yeah - I saw that on the CTC e-mail mag thing. Excellent idea. And yes I agree Gerry. Ease them in gently and nothing more than 50cc till they are 25 years old.
