....from Chester le Street towards Durham, Altura Nightvision tights and excellent rear reds, on the road and passed me the last two mornings around 7.20 - 7.30 am, while I'm alongside on the cycle path.

I was in a little world of my own and may not have responded in time for you to hear, but "good morning" back to you; and please can you slow down, just a little bit as you pass me, so that I don't feel like I'm in reverse.

You can always speed back up once you're out of sight

I used to ride that way to work, back when I lived up there, always used to be an older guy would blitz past me like he wasn't trying... There are a whole bunch of healthy people ride along that stretch!

Could be a roadie mate of mine, who's being riding Ch-le-St to Fram fire station for years and is phenomally fast for a non pro !
