Edit: Our opinion is irrelevent, what matters is where the person you are taking would find romantic. Come back with their thoughts and the collective wisdom might be able to tie down what you are looking for.

(I don't do 'romantic', and I wouldn't feel very relaxed spending money that I need for future bill-paying on holidays.)
