Wife had it all over her first time she held him. I got my first dose when I took him with the paediatrician for the basic checks [not easy changing first nappy being watched over in clothes my wife had put on which were not easy to remove] , yesterdays one after we came back from a walk was spectacular!

Hope your able to continue the cycling, I have struggled to be honest but that's chiefly down to all the relatives live miles away so the support isnt there. I am currently on holiday and loving the fact I can get out on the bike knowing the wee one is looked after.

My wife has a Trek road bike so I am sure that I will be allowed out as long as long as I let her go out once she has recovered fully. My parents live in Spain (just north of Nerja in the foothills) and most of my family live in Leicester so not much help around, and Catherines family aren't close either.

Guaranteed a ride too and from work everyday :-)
