As you know i went out into Leeds tonight for a retirement from Royal Mail do.Firstly what a busy place Leeds is.The noise and colour just wears you out.After cycling in our peaceful countryside.But i would not have missed it for anything.Five years have passed since i have seen most of them.And what changes in apperance.Some of the younger ones look older than me.Some said i had grown taller some noticed the slimmer me ,lost 4" off waist in those years and most were impressed by the distances.Great to see them all.Would i swap a few nights in the pub over a bike ride not on you nelly.But it was great to see them all .
