I was supposed to finish work on christmas eve at 4pm, But I cam home early yesterday as I was feeling terrible. Mrs Giant made me phone the Dr....
I am now on a lovely course of Tamiflu.... yep the swine has got me!!!
At least I am off work until the 4th of Jan

I have worked 17 out of the last 22 Christmases in one way or another, including 15 Christmas days, some of which have been night shifts. This year, for the first time since I joined I decided to ask for leave, and got it. I last worked yesterday and don't go back until 4th Jan. Hoorah.

Finishing tomorrow at lunchtime till 4th Jan, and was really looking forward to getting some decent rides in. But if this cold weather persists then I might go back to work early.

Otherwise its a case of stopping of home listening to the kids fighting all the time.
