I was passed by a Google camera car last year in 2 places - I think that was about 8 months ago now... still waiting for the Ipswich images to be loaded to see if they were recording at the time!

the Google street car came right up our road last year but still no update on the google earth??

Actually the OP talking about the Denmark update was quite interesting as as soon as I got back from London I had a look and for the first time in quite a while there's been a UK update. It's not as extensive as you might expect but there's a fair bit of new material, although quite a bit is trunk roads . My city had quite a bit missing and I was quite aware of where the imagery ended, coverage has been expanded in rather strange ways 10 or 20% although in some ways it doesn't amount to much. Normally if they do an update they want to do a bit more.

Sorry to invade someone else's thread I do think the denmark updates are cool but there are a few little bits like Clumber Park, Malham Cove and a place called Studley royal park I've never heard of in the north of england updates. Neat.
