Both have given me excellent service recently.

Firstly dotbike. How the hell are they just so speedy? Decided to stock up on a new set of koolstop pads for winter. Ordered them Monday luncthime and they arrived on my desk at 11.00 on Tuesday. Amazing.

The second good experience was with UKbikestore. My blackburn flea light failed after six months. Really friendly efficient email exchange with them. Returned the product on Thursday, and a new replacement was on my desk tuesday too.

I'm sure both companies are quite small and have done well to become such good web businesses.

Another happy UKBikestore customer - my experience reflects Silver Fox's.

Although on one occasion, a delivery including about 300 spoke nipples was accompanied by an itemised receipt where every single spoke nipple had its own individual line, amounting to goodness knows how many pages!
