Forced over a pot hole at high speed when cornering yesterday... the result is a wrenched shoulder & elbow, with light bruising on the palm of my right hand & inside of my leg just above the knee (where the crossbar was kicked into it). The damage to the wheel (factory built Halo Freedom Disc 29er, front) & tyre (Schwalbe Marathon+ 700x28c):
less than 1/4 of a turn on 3 spokes to get the wheel back to straight as a die. I'm impressed!
