indian scout help please

Hello I am trying to figure out the value and approximate year of an old Indian Scout Bicycle I have. It has a 3 speed Sturmey Archer and 26" tires. Looks complete with the exception of the missing chain gaurd. Headlight works. Has minimal surface rust in some areas. Really just needs a little elbow grease to shine.

Any help in figuring out what its worth or information would be appreciated.

I couldnt find the 2x2 date code that was mentioned in a previous comment.

1954, frame has a Made in England(Raleigh) sticker on it.

So would anyone like to give me a few ideas on how much this bike could be worth? Im thinking about selling it but wasnt sure whatto ask for it.

It might be worth $10 -$15 but some fool may pay a bunch more.........................one born every minute.
FWIW I for one would give it away.

If you follow the link given, the bike featured went for $100. There's a bit of a difference between the two as can be seen.
