I've got a Freesat box. Great, but no Eurosport which comes with the Youview box (With the option to upgrade to BT Sports).

Ah - I discovered that my new Samsung Smart TV has the Eurosport Player app, and even if it didn't, I could stream the signal to it from my Samsung tablet or phone.

Couple of things.
Our old 100hz wide screen CRT had a hell of a job tuning in. Our signal at home is too clear and we get Wales and Granada. The TV couldn't select region though. It was ok for a time as I could leave the aerial out until a certain position then plug in. That got impossible when The Granada signals moved next to the Welsh ones.
Replaced the TV recently with a new HD Smart TV and took the old TV down to North Wales. Guess what, the old telly picked up Granada but not the Welsh channels at all. It had been picking up channels from over 65 miles away....

Just replaced an indoor aerial for my sons flat screen that was wall mounted. Had a separate indoor aerial but it used to break up despite being powered. Bought a flat screen arial from Morrisons, which actually looks like a sticky pad and a bit of plastic, and the thing is perfect. No power either, just sticks out of sight on the back of the telly.
