Injured, no ride today.

I should be out on the bike today, but, because of a mysterious knee injury I am not. I am not working today, the sun is shining, it is a bit windy, but I should be out and about on the bike for a normal 50 ish miles. I do not know what I have done, but the knee is swollen and painful and I have restricted movement because of the swelling. I haven't fallen over or banged it on anything. So here I am on the forum whilst most other are out riding. Bah. A limp to the pub for a commiseratory pint or three at lunchtime is in order I think.
Anyone else out of action due to injury at the moment?

hope the knee gets better soon, Paulus, the pub is definitely the best medicine. If it's any consolation I've just been out on the bike for 3 hours and it was bloody windy. Nice though

One of my knees did that for no reason once and hasn't done it since.
