Inner tube types

What inner tube do you use and what type you recommend? My LBS sells Duro inner tube whereas Halfords sells a different brand (not sure name) for the same price as well as the Continental ones which is a bit more expensive.

Also, I've noticed for my (700c - 25c) tyre, Halfords sells those 18c-23c and those inner tubes are much thinner than the Duro one I bought (25c). What one will be best?

Halfords tubes are fine, especially as every now and then they do a 3 for 2 offer.

I've always found the Halfords ones fine. At present I'm using continental ones with no problems.

I tend to go for fairly cheap ones as I normally throw them out when they've had 2 of the p things - one patch to come off I'll accept but not two.
