Apparently it is a real word, so wasn't picked up by spell check. Fortunately I spotted it during document checking, so now corrected.

Anyone ever used it?

That's another word that my non-English colleague snuck past the spell-checker, and it's now in 15 documents.

(I quite like it, so it can stay :-) )

I've never heard of it either, but Collins Online dictionary says it originated in 1505-15 :ohmy:

I didn't learn either of those words at school. What do they mean?

It's a type of survey undertaken by the Council when they change building energy rating criteria 😉
