Insurance for a club

Hi all,
If a group of people want to start cycling together for long training rides or tts whats the best way to insure all? Would we need to take public liability? We are registered with the CTT only so I suppose that will cover us only when taking part in official tts and not our own group/training ones

Thinking of it our BTF affiliation might cover us I will need to check

CTC affiliation will do the job

Affiliate to BC or CTC. On a group training ride everyone should have their own 3rd party cover, as it's not an organised event so couldn't be registered with BC and I wouldn't think CTC would cover "group training". Affiliate as a club and then affiliate as members of the club at the proper levl, job done. Better safe than sorry, 3rd party claims can be ruinous.
