It certainly does feel pretty cold out there when I was out with our dog earlier on. I have a polo neck jumper on today!

I was tidying out my sons cupboards and he is now taller than me, so his ski-ing thermals no longer fit him, so they migrated to my underwear drawer for the more colder bike rides to come

None to the frostbite, and suprisingly, none to the grenade..
that damn spade though!

Deffo didn't feel 4 degrees. blazing sunshine must have taken the edge off it... thankfully
