I have a confession. I am beginning to enjoy the Jeremy Kyle show. Is this the end of the world as I know it or is it time I found a little part time job somewhere to give me something to do.

A friend of mine has just gone back to work after being off sick for 3 weeks. When I saw her on Friday, she said she knew was better as she couldn't bear to watch another minute of daytime TV.

Three weeks of daytime TV? She must have been really bad.

I'd suggest to the OP that if he is starting to enjoy the JK show (whatever that is) he should just watch it. Or have I missed something?

Cycle to the local hardware shop. Buy a hammer. Take it home and apply it forcibly to your TV/Skybox/freeview reciever. You will thank me once the addiction wears off.

Daytime TV (Except Holly on 'this morning'), and Jeremy Kyle in particular are the spawn of the devil. It's created by the government to keep us all docile!!!

It's not good compo, you must make the effort to do something.
The only tv in my house is in the "best" room, which means I'm seldom in there so there is no temptation to switch the tv on just in case there is something interesting to watch. Another point, with this digibox thing, I don't like to leave it on standby and it takes so long to fire up that I have often found something better to do before the picture appears.

PS If you can help me with my present internet addiction I'd be grateful.

it's created by the Cosmodemonic Telly Company to keep the ever-popular Agent Hilda in the style to which she has become accustomed. And, as such, it is a very good thing.

Complete with her feet on the poofay?

Jeremy Kyle is my secret shameful addiction but it never occurs to me to watch it on catch-up or turn it on if I happen to be on annual leave. My brother watches it religiously though, bloody student!

Find yourself a mirror, have a look in the middle of your forehead, see if you can see the telltale small round hole/scar, where someone has performed a frontal lobotomy on you, if it is there all is well and keep watching, as your are of a perfect IQ to match the people on the programmes, if not… well start cycling and keep on going. There is no hope other wise
