How do they get people to voluntarily appear on a programme called 'Bulging Brides'? I mean, the mind boggles, doesn't it?

$10,000, lose a few pounds, a designer fitness programme, and the chance to be famous. what's that not to like.

Well someone is watching it ?

Remind me never to get knocked off my bike and having to have shoulder surgery - those 5 weeks of daytime TV were terrible, so bad I got on my bike after two weeks !

it's unlikely to be ten thousand. Her Nibs, whose company makes a lot of programmes for US cable, wouldn't pay a penny. As for famous..........

If you ever watch The Word, on late night Channel 4 in the early 1990's you will know that some they had a section called "i'd do anything to get on TV". All of the items were odd; some of them were down right disturbing.

That's right...the young bloke who snogged a granny is one I recall. It (that section) was indeed disturbing tv.

I think there was one woman on that section who stuck her finger in a sweaty fat mans belly button then sucked her finger; something along those lines anyway.
