Is this a decent starter bike ?

Hi , I'm 42 years old and have decided to purchase a road bike to get fit and lose a bit of weight.
I'm looking to order this bike , I don't really want to spend any more than this as a beginner.

Yup. Great value bike for the money there. It's what I'd have gone for had a second hand Bianchi not come up locally.
