Is this a record for early visit from the fairy?

I fitted finest quality xxx yesterday. Today, within 25k, Fulham to Esher, the p*** fairy paid a visit. Not a pinch flat but a tiny scrap of glass.

No !sent a Mavic Ksyrium Elite back to mavic for the rim to be replaced,and rebuilt ,got the lbs to fit a new gator skin and rode back
18km and last .5 km got a puncture,no idea what

9 miles in - Mavic expensive jobbies - massive bit of glass in the front tyre.

I should have binned the tyre but the pig headedness in me rode for another 3000 miles or so on it.
