Is this bike black?

Hi as above do you think this bike is black hard to say because it's from the 70s, to me it looks black but it could well be dark blue.

The reason I ask is I'm looking to get some humbrol enamel paint to touch up scratches.

Most of the pics look like it's black but the picture of the forks looks dark blue

Like saluki, it looks black in most of the photos. But In the 2nd photo it looks navy blue to me.

Can see your problem - it looks a sort of very dark grey rather than black - gloss black might be too black, maybe a mix of black and gunmetal, or coal black satin? I think you are going to have to buy a selection and try them where it won't show. Love the TA chainset BTW

Black paint of old often used to fade to a green tinge as the chemicals then needed to stabilise it were very expensive.
