Apprenticeships of even the ridiculously exploitative and watered down version are so 2012. The future is the traineeship, which you do for months to be maybe, definitely, no way be able to get considered for an apprenticeship. Next up is the schooleeship and the government eventually plans to launch the toddlereeship, which is a training course you toddlers have to do unpaid to get in nursery.
