It's actually snowing...

I read this post about 20 minutes ago and looked out of my window to see it was raining.
I've just looked out again and now it's snowing big time!
I'm just south of Oxford.

Abingdon here. I'd just finished Brekkie about 8am and prepping the bike and wondering whether a 50 mile wet ride was really what I wanted ... mickled the chain, inflated the tyres, looked up and the rain had turned into the biggest marshmallow snowflakes I'd ever seen!
Back to the duvet went I ....

Rained here most of the day. Sleety / snowy / rainy, tonight. Great cycling weather.....

Glad I went out for my rides Fri and Sat and chose today to act as a tour guide of London for a friend over from Russia, the rain was a good excuse to check out the indoor sites and a pub

it was a bit mental. instead of getting muddy and wet on the bike, decide to gor for a walk wendover (bucks in case you ain't heard of it) way about 13:30 today. starts to rain then WTF snowflakes mixed with rain - not seen that before, then turnsto big flakes of snow fiankly ending with rain again. not a great day but at least i got out.

You missed the hail, then. I went out about 10:30 and got pelted.

Left home at 07:45 yesterday in glorious sunshine wearing shorts, long sleeve top base layer, short sleeve jersey and fingerless mitts. 08:35 and I was in the middle of a blizzard! By the time I got home again the sun was shining again but my OH had to undo the strap on my helmet as my fingers were too numb! Spent the afternoon gardening in lovely sunshine, one of those four seasons in a day experiences.
