Local half shoulder of lamb - sizzle cooked then slow cooked on a rosemary bed with caramellised onions and roast asparagus. Jersey Royals, the first of the new season carrots and peas. Home made mint sauce with mint from the garden and wine vinegar. The gravy has a red current infusion.

Fresh pineapple and cream.

Camembert well past it's eat by date, so it's ready.

(There might be a glass of red too...............)
