Please help. In my account info on itunes I have 25 songs waiting. I click download now and it just says itune store unavailable. I've emailed Apple about 6 times, never had a reply.

Please help with any tips?

Yeap - all commion issues checked (I'm in the account info bit that tells me 25 aren't downloaded and even give sme the refereance number of the purcghase!
