itv player on Safari

Evening folks, I'm having trouble watching ITV Player using Safari. I've downloaded Adobe Flash player as instructed but only getting sound, no picture. Do I need to download Shockwave? If so, how? I'm not getting the option. Can anybody help please?

i know you need silverlight to use ITV player, haven't personally used this before, but i can see from trying that their is a conflict with siverlight and safari.

you can watch ITV player on safari. I am watching it now, having first downloaded and installed Microsoft Silverlight.
no conflict here.

fixed my conflict and it works fine now.
