Gone clipless that is! :biggrin: LBS put the pedals on for me, then had to cycle it back 3.5miles home with every light on red, so lots of stops and starts...

It's EASY!!!! ;) (might regret saying this, but hey... :tongue:)

So much easier than I thought, although it does feel a bit weird...will have to test how comfy it is on a longer ride, but so far, I'm very, very, very impressed with myself!!! :biggrin::tongue::tongue:

And they promised me I would get those stringy cyclists calves within a month - even better!!!! :biggrin:

Downward unless you are a hard core roadie, you are best off with ordinary SPDs, there are plenty of shoes in a range of different styles (and prices) to choose from. It is best if can try them on before you, personally I find Shimano shoes rather narrow for my feet...

The best way to get the lights to change is to put your foot down :angry:

Bunny Hops will be a lot easier now PP :wacko:
