I wish. Born with it I'm afraid... and I should have put 'deviated' rather than 'displaced'.
Trying to get any sort of nose job on the NHS is virtually impossible these days (they're classed as Procedures of Limited Clinical Value/Effectiveness by most commissioners). But now I have private health insurance through work...
