I wondered if it was "that sort" of planning permission . good luck with the build.

my mates dad did one in a double garage, took him 18 years to do. then him and my mates mum divorced and he had to dismantle it, I remember seeing his tears as he said " I feel like Dr bloody Beeching"

when i win the lottery and have a big house with a huge garden i will have a miniature steam railway in it!!
