I've just bought a plug in phone charger from Tesco for £17 then seen them on fleabay for about 4 quid!

Should I take it back and buy one off fleabay, or should I keep it thinking the Tesco one will be better quality? I'm not being a tight wad, but it's a big difference in price wouldn't you say! I bought the Tesco one as I need one asap to charge my new Samsung Galaxy A16 phone I've got to replace my old A10 phone. Having said I need one asap, I suppose I could wait a few days as my old phone still works. Will the Tesco one be better than those off fleabay or will it be more or less the same?🤔 I read the other day that 'pound shop chargers' are poor quality and could affect your device in the long term or even set on fire!!

Unless it was from a reputable seller such as a high street shop's Ebay outlet, I wouldn't buy any mains plug charger off Ebay.
I just can't get my head around people who buy £200+ phones and then a £3 plug charger off Ebay to save a bit of cash.

It's actually a shorter thread title than it could've been! I was going for a super long one but it wouldn't let me type the last few letters of the last sentence, so I left that sentence out of the title!

The one I saw on eBay was advertised as 'super fast', but they aren't going to say it's super slow if it is, are they!!

I don't like Tesco.
So this just justifies not shopping there.

But it is annoying to be "had" like that.
