At bloody last. I'm back to riding to work again. It's been a few years, but I finally got my arse into gear tonight and rode the 12 and a bit miles to Ledbury for work. Great to be on a bike again, especially as most of my commute is on little lanes.

Well, I'm not quite as svelte as I used to be, but I should be able to burn it off soon, with any luck. I'm biking it again tonight ... the more people I tell, the less chance there is of me not doing it!
