Same chest size, same problem. Can get into Aldi XL cycling gear size in a jersey, however wary of ordering online. I've seen XXXL jerseys on eBay with 44" chest measurements. There's always FLAB gear....

OMG, I must be classified as the side of a freakin' house then!

Seriously though, IME you need to buy at least one size, sometimes two sizes bigger than you were in regular clothes.The bigger you are the harder that can be, but at your sizes you shouldn't have any problems.

Just avoid stuff like Rapha and Assos, were an XXL will probably only fit a 32' waisted racing snake
