He`s a beauty
Ferrets were quite common back when I was a kid, but not for pets, they were worked. I had a ferret cross polecat (Floyd), he was a big feisty bugger to say the least and it was the neck hold only for him or he`d have you
Lost him in the end. Pegged the nets out, 4 or 5 of us covering the holes, lobbed him down the warren and waited...... Stood there for a an hour or so, no rabbits flushed out and no sign of Floyd. He must have killed and there was now way he`d be coming out soon. I decided to let him do his own thing and left him to it.
I miss the smell btw
