I wasn't supposed to be in that section of the ground but me and my mate Tim bought a couple of tickets outside of the ground and we ended up right against the fence at the Sheffield supporters end wearing Arsenal scarves and being pelted with half eaten hot dogs.

The coppers moved us to the VIP section next to the royal box because they literally had nowhere else to move us to. They couldn't chuck us out because both of us stated that we'd won the tickets in a radio phone in.

I had Jasper Carrot behind me and Jeff Lynne was on his left. My mate Tim had Sam Hammam sat right next to him.

Disappointing match though. It ended in a draw after both teams seemed more intent on not losing than actually winning.

I’ve posted this video before but it just shows what a humble guy he is.
He has the talent to easily mix in the same circles as Beatles, Orbison and Dylan, but seems so humble sitting in front of his enormous wall of gold disks.
