my wife meet a girl who had been on it and surprise she said all the important bits were cut out and only the rubbish or show seller stuff was put in . wife did remark she was as thick as 2 short planks and that was an insult to the planks .
is my tattoo addiction made by the same people . not the brightest lot on that show .

They can be actors!

I remember Trisha when broadcast by Anglia, acting students often used to go on to the program as a stunt

Have you soon the spoof episode with Corrie actors? that was funny.
The "cast" are definitely real I sort of know a couple of people who've been on.

They most certainly real characters, I have had several of my service users very proudly tell me they've been on, in some instances on more than one occasion.

As I understand it, the researchers post leaflets through the doors in deprived areas invitin people to come forward to have their stories investigated.

I hate the J.K show, for me it's university educated twats taking the ****ss out of the underclass of society, they manipulate poorly educated people to makes fools of themselves for a couple of hundred quid, and the lie detector is a joke, as reliable as a clairvoyant, yet they big it up like it's fail proof,
the only scumbags on the show are J.K and his band of cronies, at least the guests are in the most who they really are...

so no I'm not a fan ^_^

So very true. I hate the guy and I'd love to hear that one of the guests one day smacks his stupid face. He invites people to the show so that he can insult them on TV.

yes but a good watch as it gives me a feeling of superiority

There must be other things that give you a feeling of superiority! Have you tried University Challenge? I mean, some of those contestants! And then there's Jeremy Paxman..

The Jeremy Kyle human baiting show is the modern day version of the quaint 18th century pastime of visiting asylums like Bedlam and poking fun at the unfortunate inmates, and it seems to be as popular now as it was then.
