Jockey wheels - grease, oil or nothing?

I generally add a drop or two of chain-oil.

Take them apart frequently. There’s always strands of my hair stuck in them. Don’t ask how. Then a drop of oil. Hair oil obviously.

I just de-gunk 'em every now and then. Always seem to get a build-up of hardened oil (I assume) each side. Very satisfying to place a screwdriver flat head each side whilst spinning them and seeing big blobs of gunk fall out.

I do that too!

Apart from that, grease when I disassemble them, and light oil occasionally at other times.
