Yesterday was the 10th Anniversary of Joe Strummer's death, tempus fugit!
The Clash are still one of my all time favourite bands.
One of my many regrets in life, is that I never got to see them play live.

How on earth did you manage to spell his name wrong twice if they are one of your favourite all time bands?:shy:

One of the women in my running club said Joe Strummer wanted to bonk her after a gig, but she turned him down because she thought he was too old at 28 and she fancied the bass player instead. She was 18. I don't know, some people!

My sincerest condolences. To have missed out on that sheer pleasure is a curse you have been afflicted with. You've mentioned two of the finest sources of musical pleasure in existence as though you were looking for a badge of honour in diss-ing them! Each to his own and all that but you are in a very tiny minority of people if you sincerely hold that POV.
