If you know what's good for you ...
This is all true. When I go to the UK now, I go as a foreign visitor. I can tell you that the prices in the UK hurt us every time we go - especially with the weak Euro. It's a real issue for us. I can't afford to visit my own country these days. At least in Norway you get something really special. Concerning ferries: I'm only going to cross fjords to get to the other side. I won't be doing any touristic cruises.

The problem is the lack of sliced bread as the bread are sold as unsliced. But Dayvo will hopefully correct me here.

Sliced bread is available in virtually all food shops: however, if you have to buy a 'whole' loaf, bread slicers are available in the shop and easy to operate.

Also 1.5 litres of still or sparkling water in some shops cost about 80p.
