Hi guys this post is just to help me find out a bit of info about a bike ive just bought.
I have a 2006 pinarello montello full carbon tt bike which was built for juan antonio flecha when he rode for fassa bortolo . Its a full carbon frame with full carbon shark forks it also has full campagnolo record speed 10 groupset with ultra torque system and ultra hollow structure, full carbon fizik seat and carbon seat post, full carbon easton attack time trial handle bars. It also came with aksium race pro wheels and also xentis mark 1 full carbon wheels. Does anybody know what sort of value this bike has? Cheers ben

It's a fair age for a carbon bike, but maybe max £1.5k ish. Difficult to say really. Worth comparing to other carbon bikes with record or dura ace kit of the same vintage. Watch a few on ebay.

Thats very much true its just i read that the year they made this bike the frames were becoming quiet rare and the only provenance ive got is word of mouth from the guy ive bought it off and it also has flecha under the laquered coating

Cool bike!
Sorry I can't help you, but there is a Montello frame on eBay just now for £599 from the 80's.
It is an old road frame.
Good luck with that.
