I've used that ebay seller and never been disappointed.... however weight is listed as 12 kgs.... for a SS that sounds heavy.
My fixed is based on a 20 y.o. old steel frame & forks, wheels of a similar vintage from a.n.other bike, it's a hyuge frame (64 cm), still got both brakes fitted (i'm a wuss) and it comes in at precisely 10 kgs.
Either flip-flob hubs and freewheels are heavier than I thought or there is an awful lot of "high-tensile" steel in that frame.

That said, flip it to fixed, and have fun !
