Riding back down an old railway track known as the Parkland Walk when I stumbled across a young bloke with a bunch of spray cans. "Blimey," thinks I, "that's me!"

The vandal!

I hope that he's caught and prosecuted.

It really is a thing of rare beauty. It took me three or four minutes to get cyclechat downloaded (loads of trees, bad reception) so I could show him my avatar, and in that time two or three people stopped to talk to him, and compliment him on his work. Apparently what you see here took him about four hours yesterday and two today. There's a lot of graffiti on that route - lots of old railway walls, and the authorities encourage it - and much of it is very good...in a regular graffiti kind of stylie. But I've never seen anything even close to that.

I often go through the tunnel near St Werburgh's Farm and see them with their spray cans changing the tunnel art. One that I stopped to speak to, told me that in certain areas they were encouraged to produce their art. The nearby pub is completely painted though I don't have a photo of it.

Though one of my favourites is in the centre of town ... I'll look for a photo of it tomorrow!
