My musical tastes are limited sometimes..i stick to certain styles and bands, for too long i think.
Joe Bonamassa was recommended a few weeks ago by a friend...christ, where have i been.
I heard this track on an album, spine tingling... this youtube tracks live.....but a truly awesome track. If you like guitar, take the time to listen all the way through...

Must agree, have several albums, you've got to listern to "slow gin"; seen him live - something else he can get a pretty good tune out of the guitar.

He played live on stage at 11 with John Lee Hooker and with Eric at 14

Saw him on Monday. Over the past five years or so, he's played places like Morecambe, mid week in winter to a couple of hundred people. After 'Slow Gin' he's now playing to thousands in larger venues in Manchester, etc, and next summer he's at the Royal Albert Hall.

So you're not the only one finding out about him. There's quite a few tracks on his website and Myspace page.

Excellent player.
Guitar Techniques did a feature on him last year and a transcription too.
