Ken Dodd, what a star.

I'm not long back from a Ken Dodd gig at Leeds City Varieties. Started 19:30 and finished 00:57. It was a privilege to see a master craftsman at work.

My chuckle muscles are aching.

It beats me how he could thread gags into a master gag and his working of the audience was amazing. What a chap!

I see Ken Dodd in Blackpool about 20 years ago,he started at 8pm had half hour break at 10 then came back and carried on till 2am. Certainly got monies worth that night I thought.

A proper comedy legend. I saw him at Boltons Albert Hall a number of years back, I can't remember the timings but value for money is always guaranteed with Doddy

Doddy once introduced himself as a comdian and failed accountant .

I went to a charity function a few years back and he was the star turn. Never laughed so much in my life, he was on stage for hours and hours but was never blue.

Top bloke and he never took a penny, all went to charity.
