The never ending uses for a plank of wood! I have pondered before on whether the phrase "best thing since sliced bread" should be amended.

I have a similar plank of wood in use on an old BSA Bantam. It resides on the rack ready to be put under the centre stand when parking on uneven ground.

Another XBZ, this time in the Altai Mountains. The owner is a cycling mate who lives in Kharkiv.

Also this one needed a couple of repairs.
A XBZ needs a lot of love and attention, if you don't love it enough, it'll behave like a true Ukrainian lady.

Dont know any Ukrainian ladies but l do know a Russian lady and she is tall, blond, fearless and fearsome
