Kudos to the guy riding the Langster...

I followed a 2006 model (rusty brown) Langster on my way home today after being passed on the outer circle of Regents Park this evening.

I didn't draft him but used him to pace my own ride and set a good time.
Does anyone else find they ride well when they have someone to follow?

I was hoping to follow him all the way up to Hampstead but he pulled in (presumably at his house) not far into Fitzjohn's Avenue.

HRM says 1hr 1min from Canary Wharf back to Mill Hill, stopping at all lights. Not bad considering I used to do around the same time (but RLJ a few years ago) . I'm quite chuffed. Now if I can shift a few more kilos...but I like my cakes too much

The poo coloured langsters are 2007, the black ones are 2006.

I tucked in behind a very lean coloured fella in team kit last night, cannondale I think, pulled me through Tottenham and Walthamstow handsomely, he jumped the reds and took quite some catching a couple of time

I did draft him, in my amateur style
