Ladies flat handlerbar road bike suit 5'7"

Looking for an inexpensive (£150 max budget) second hand ladies bike ideally with flat handle bars. (would consider drop handlebars if the bike is cheap enough to budget for modification).

Would like something lightweight (not a cumbersome old fashioned shopper).

Also consider small man's bike to suit 5'7"

Thanks, looks good but unfortunately it's collection only from Milton Keynes. He's asking £130 today.
