I suppose no one can stop him, them being public roads and all. But I wouldn't ride with him, even down to the shops!

I hope no one will support him . He can't be stopped as a private cyclist but I would have nothing to do with him.

I'm afraid I could never ever trust the guy's motivation. If it were pretty much anyone else riding this then I wouldn't give it a second thought but Armstrong, he's a self-absorbed manipulator. He'll spin this to suit his own agenda, whatever that might be.
