Latex tube, what's the correct size?

I have seen different sizes for latex tube both for road bike wheel (700C)
One size is 700X18-20C and other is 700X22-23C
So what's the better one or right one?

it depends on what size your tyre is.
Have a look on the rim of the tyre. You will see 700 x ??

?? is the size of your tyre. Buy inner tube to match.

thank I'll check I almost sure it is 700X22-23C.
