LBS recommendations around Hitchin?

As per the topic, there aren't any listed for Hitchin in the LBS thread.

My sister is looking for a new bike and I'm trying to steer her away from a Halfords disasterpiece. Or at least towards a Subway with LBS checkup.

No idea about Hitchin but Marshalls in Stevenage have been very helpfull for me.

Stevenage is fine and their website says they Specialized and Giant which are bound to have something in the right price range. Cheers.

They are a Marin stockist as well. So all bikes they deal with are of a good standard. Good luck.

PS They are no more than 1/2 mile from Halfords if she must go for a Subway and needs it checking out before she rides it.

For bits and servicing, Byercycles in Shefford are quite good.
